Nigerian Canadian Association (NCA) Celebrates International Women’s Day 2022
The Nigerian Canadian Association (NCA) Greater Toronto Chapter is pleased to announce that Nigerians in Toronto and GTA will be celebrating International Women’s Day 2022: Break The Bias. In the 21st century, the world has become diverse, and we must create an equitable and inclusive world. Can you imagine a world with gender equality, free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination? Let us come together to celebrate the achievements of women in our community and collectively break the bias.
- On March 12, 2022, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time join us to hear from keynote speakers on the following topics;
- The effect of Racism on women in the corporate/work environment.
- Racism impedes education.
- This is a virtual event put together to recognize and celebrate inspiring women within the Nigerian community in the GTA and Canada at large. The event will include a Fitness session, Makeup time, Cultural fashion show, Recognition of Inspirational Nigerian Canadian Women, and Comedy.
