Two Honorary Awards in December 2021

Honorary Pen Award – The Association of Nigerian Authors, Edo State Chapter – December 16th, 2021. Honorary Award – Edo State Social Media Influencers, December 4th, 2021. It is a great honor to receive two awards from my hometown, the ancient city of Benin, this month! Edo people are my source of inspiration. They are truly the pillars behind my successes! I’m blessed to be a proud daughter of the Great Benin Kingdom! I would like to thank my Edo youths and the Association of Nigerian Authors for these honorary awards. I’m grateful!

Nekpen Obasogie received an award from Abedorc productions in Toronto, Canada on the 28th September, 2019

On February 24th, 2019 Nekpen Obasogie was recognized by Toronto Police Service in their Black History Month Magazine

Outstanding Event/ 2019 Nigerian Canadian Newspaper Mother’s Day Award Celebration(Nekpen Obasogie Received an Award) On January 15th, 2019 Nekpen Obasogie received an Africa Luminary Cultural Heritage Award of Excellence for promoting Benin cultural heritage in the diaspora. On February 24th, 2019 she was recognized by Toronto Police Service’s Black History Month Magazine. On May 4th, 2019 Nekpen received another award from the Nigerian Canadian Newspaper in Toronto.

Nekpen Obasogie Received an Award on January 15th, 2019 in Abuja, Nigeria. She received an “Africa Luminary Cultural Heritage Award of Excellence” for promoting Benin cultural heritage in the diaspora. Hosted by Mr. Isaac Obasogie (Edo Arise Cultural & Dance Troupe of Africa).

I received an award from Toronto Police Service today. “Black History Month Award” hosted by Toronto Police Service (an illustrious daughter of the Great Benin Kingdom is shattering glass ceilings in Canada).
